Payment Methods

We accept card payments only via debit/credit card and Apple Pay.

 

Booking Policy

Booking Appointments: All bookings are made via Fresha.com.

A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable before you leave the studio via card or Apple Pay.

Rescheduling/Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.

 

If you reschedule, your booking fee will be transferred to the new appointment. All changes must be made via the Fresha app.

 

If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will lose the booking fee, and any further treatments will require a new booking fee.

No Shows: Failure to attend your appointment will result in the loss of the booking fee, and full payment will be required upfront to secure any future appointments.

 

Consultation Forms

After booking, you will receive an email with a link to complete your skin consultation form. Please ensure this is filled out before your appointment to confirm your suitability for the treatment.

 

Arriving at the Studio

As a home-based studio, we do not have a waiting area for additional guests.

Please arrive alone for your appointment.

 

Due to insurance restrictions, no one under the age of 16 is permitted on the premises.

 

Free off-road parking is available, with a reserved space on the drive. If the space is taken, it means I am still with a client.

 

Please arrive on time; if you are early, I may still be with a previous client.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

 

Privacy Statement

At The Skin Sanctuary, we take your privacy seriously. We will only use your information to provide the services you have requested and to inform you about treatments available.

 

All client records are securely stored on the Fresha app in line with GDPR regulations. From time to time, we may contact you with offers or events, with your consent.

 

We are legally required to retain your personal details for a minimum of 7 years, after which they will be securely destroyed.
